An article introducing Professor Hideyuki TAKAHASHI was published in "CHIBADAI NEXT", an owned media that widely disseminates information about Chiba University's cutting-edge research, researchers, and laboratories to our society.
In 2022, Chiba University launched the Institute for Advanced Academic Research (IAAR) to promote interdisciplinary research.
The IAAR Seminar began in 2023 to feature internal researchers' work.
During the first seminar in April 2023, Dr. Hideyuki Takahashi discussed space biology and food production systems in space.
With experience in space experiments, Dr. Takahashi aims to develop food production systems for space and lunar habitats, contributing to human habitation beyond Earth.
